In order to provide a timely service, we require that instructing parties send records totalling less than 50 pages and chronologies or summaries totalling less than 10 pages.

Consultant Urological Surgeon
Mr Cumberbatch is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in Sheffield and Nottingham. He has a specialist interest in Urological oncology (including robotic surgery) and core urology, having been trained in the UK and Melbourne, Australia.
In 2023, he was awarded the Hunterian Professorship by the Royal College of Surgeons. He is the regional chair for the oncology MDT and has a high-volume medico-legal practice.
Mr Cumberbatch resided on the European prostate cancer guideline panel from 2015 to 2021 and has published >70 research papers. He has been a co-applicant on research grants exceeding £3million investment.
Consultant Urological Surgeon
Mr Nadir Osman is an experienced specialised Consultant Surgeon and expert witness. He has a busy tertiary referral practice in reconstructive urology as well being active in clinical research. He has published over 100 research articles, several book chapters and 3 books.
He serves on committees of several national and international specialist surgical societies, including the British Association of Urological Surgeons. Nadir has long standing interest in the medico-legal issues in urology publishing the first national analysis of urological litigation which is the most widely cited work on the topic.
Nadir has undergone training in medicolegal reporting and is a busy expert witness receiving instructions for personal injury and clinical negligence cases for both claimant and defence.
